Peacock Bass Florida Vacations!

Vacation Getaways-Miami Hilton with The Cliff Carey family from Lebanon Tennessee onboard on December 17-19. The first day the weather was really bad we managed to get four hours of fishing at Airport Lake before it got so bad we called it quits. The first day  was only 4 hrs with 12 peacocks.  The second day we fished out of the Everglades and caught thirty fish up to 4lbs.
The Carey had a really good two days fishing even if with the weather conditions and made the very best of it! Look forward to seeing these guys in March, Happy Holidays!
Till next time tight lines and good fishing….

Peacock Bass Fishing in Miami a Reel Adventure!

Fishing in Miami is always a real treat, you just never know what your going to catch or see. The urban fishery on the west side of the Miami Airport is great location for those Exotic Peacock bass.

The Blue Lagoon has Hotels, Corporate Offices, Condominium's, residential homes, Sonia' s Restaurant one of the locals favorites, Golf Course, homeless, lots of birds, and huge Iguana's.

I had a great fishing adventure, not only did I catch those hard fighting Peacock bass, I caught a tarpon around 18lbs on light tackle with live bait using shiners, this fish kept jumping out of the water and putting on a real show, but luckily I was able to bring him. This urban fishery we caught 7 peacocks and 2 snook it was awesome Half day trip. All those Exotic hard fighting fish exhausted me out so I had take a break at the Hilton, they have a Tiki bar with great food by the pool. Please call us we can hook you up on some great getaways!

Peacock Bass Fishing Report, Florida

Florida Peacock bass fishing trip I took Steven Boelsche and his brother Doug from Pinalls, FL out for a fun filled day in Miami for the mighty Peacock Bass.

It started off with some topwater fun, we nailed a snook right off the bat. The rest of the day was awesome with action all day.

Peacock Bass FloridaWe decided to take a break from catching Peacock bass and fish a split-day which a full day trip with a lunch break in the middle.

After the lunch break, back at it the action was hot like we never stopped. We caught Peacock Bass from 2 to 4 pound and ended up catching around 25 Peacock bass all day.

If you are in the South Florida area and would like to get a couple of hours in on a Peacock bass fishing trip, give me call!
